In this post I have explained how you can uninstall and reinstall WordPress. You will rarely think about uninstalling/reinstalling WordPress on your site unless you start having ‘Apache security mod rewrite and htaccess’ issue like myself.  I decided to Reinstall WordPress on one of my sites after trying numerous fixes to solve the issue and getting no result. Some people uninstall/reinstall WordPress to start over from scratch. Anyway, whatever the reason is, you can uninstall and reinstall WordPress using one of the following methods:

-Renamed original “blog” folder to “blog2”
-created a new folder “blog”
-downloaded wordpress, replace “wp-config-sample.php” to “wp-config.php” and added old-same database credentials.
-Uploaded wordpress to “blog”, and copied/moved the uploads folder “blog2/wp-content/uploads” to “blog/wp-content/uploads” (move in ftp o filemanager is faster than copy) because in uploads where are all my images.
-Then moved my them from blog2 to blog, “wp-content/themes/customizr”
-I could copy the plugins too, but i just searched and installed every single one and i dont loose the config because was same database
-Aditional, if you cannot access a post. move any .htaccess from blog2/ to blog, or generated via wp-admin > settings > permalinks, just save and it will generated a new .htaccess

For this next step, you will go to the admin area (making sure to use the username and password that you created earlier) and log in. Once you do, you will need to delete all of the default content. In other words, all of the little text boxes and sample images that were on the site when you created it need to be erased. Once you have done this, it will be time to restore the content that you used to have on your site.
